Maffra Fire Brigade/Rural Ambulance Victoria Complex
The Maffra Fire Brigade/RAV (Rural Ambulance Victoria) Complex was opened in 1997, where the Maffra Fire Brigade (Formerly the Maffra Urban and Maffra Rural Brigades - (see history) moved in, along with the RAV. The new complex is mostly brick construction, and has extensive car parking facilities behind it. Some of the features of the station, many of them shared with RAV are:

Kitchen, with full facilities
Large car parking area

5 Bay engine room
Workshop (Hose Repair, FEM, SCBA Cleaning facilities)
2 Bay garage (storage, BASO car)
Kitchen facilities in engine room
Remote control front engine room doors (Aircraft doors)
Powered rear engine room doors (Aircraft doors)
Large Communications room
Large CFA Office/Group Headquarters
Storage cupboards in hallways
Truck wash station (pressure washer)
Rural Ambulance Victoria Facilities:
3 Bay engine room
Powered front door on engine room (aircraft door)
Shower
Toilet
Chemical storage room
Sterilisation area
Store room
Storage cupboards in hallways
Large office/communications room
Large lounge area
The complex was funded by local fundraising, both by Maffra Fire Brigade and Rural Ambulance Victoria, as well as CFA, RAV and Victorian government assistance.
Thanks go to the Ladies Auxiliary for their help with fundraising and supplying the chairs for the meeting room, as well as many other facilities in the station.
